CLIF BUILDERS + 카페인 초콜릿 칩 쿠키 도우 맛 식물성 프로틴 바

The cookie dough flavor actually tastes like cookie dough, not that fake protein aftertaste I was bracing for. Had one after a long Saturday run and it held me until lunch, plus the caffeine gave me a nice little lift without the jitters.

The caffeine hit is just right for a midday workout slump, and the cookie dough texture actually holds up when it's slightly warm. I've grabbed one of these after heavy leg days and it keeps me going without that chalky aftertaste some plant bars have. My go-to post-gym snack now.

Genuinely surprised how much I like the texture—it's chewy like a real cookie dough bar, not chalky. The 20g of plant protein actually keeps me full for hours, and the caffeine boost gets me through an afternoon slump better than coffee.
