CLIF BUILDERS 쿠키 앤 크림 맛 식물성 단백질 바

I keep one of these in my gym bag for after lifting and the 20g of protein actually holds me over until dinner. The cookies and creme flavor tastes more like a dessert than a protein bar, and being gluten free is a bonus I didn't expect to care about.

Crunchy bits actually stay crunchy even after being in my work bag for hours, which is rare for protein bars. The cookies and creme flavor isn't overly sweet, and the 20 grams of protein keeps me full until dinner without that chalky aftertaste.

After leg day my stomach is a bottomless pit, and these actually keep me full until dinner instead of making me reach for a second one. The cookies 'n creme bits are a nice change from the usual chalky protein bar texture, and I love that they're gluten free without tasting like cardboard.
