I've been grabbing one after my evening workouts and it's genuinely filling, plus the gluten free part is a big win for me. The chocolate mint taste is solid without being overly sweet, which keeps me coming back for more.
The mint cuts through the chocolate just enough that I don't get tired of the flavor halfway through, which is rare for me with protein bars. I keep one in my gym bag for after lifting, and the 20 grams of protein actually holds me over until dinner without that chalky aftertaste.
