The 9 grams of protein actually keep me full through a long morning meeting, and the chocolate hits that real brownie-cookie spot without being too sweet. The oat texture is denser than I expected for a bar, which somehow makes it feel more like a treat than a snack.
The taste is genuinely close to a real brownie, which surprised me for a bar with this much protein. It’s a bit crumbly toward the end, but the 100% organic rolled oats give it a nice chewy texture that makes up for it.
