The 11 grams of protein held me over through a long afternoon meeting, which was exactly what I needed. Texture-wise, the crunchy bits and organic peanut butter come through nicely, though I wish the oats felt a bit more substantial. Solid snack, just not mind-blowing.
The texture is genuinely crunchy and the peanut butter flavor comes through strong, which I liked. But after a few bars, the sweetness got a bit cloying for me, though the 11 grams of protein did keep me going until lunch.
