The mint flavor is strong enough to feel like a treat but not so much that it tastes like toothpaste, which was my worry. Ten grams of protein in a bar I actually look forward to eating mid-afternoon is a win.
The drizzle on top is what sold me—it’s creamy and sweet enough to feel like a treat, not a protein bar. 10 grams of protein kept me full through the afternoon slump.
The creamy drizzle on top is what sold me—it melts just enough to make every bite feel indulgent, even though it's still a proper protein bar. I grabbed one before a long hike and the mint-chocolate combo kept me satisfied without that chalky aftertaste some bars have.
